VisionPorts is a VR storefront and account-based shopping app experience. This Privacy Policy explains what data the app uses, why that data is needed, how account deletion works, and how users can contact customer support about privacy questions.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the VisionPorts iOS app experience, including browsing products, creating or signing in to an account, saving products to a wishlist, managing shipping addresses, placing orders, using wallet-related records, and opening in-app support conversations.
VisionPorts is designed to operate with account features such as checkout, order records, wishlist management, support history, and address management. The information described below is limited to what is needed to provide those features inside the app.
2. Information We Use
Depending on how a user interacts with the app, VisionPorts may use the following categories of information:
- Account Information: name, email address, password, and sign-in session state.
- Profile and Preference Information: fit preferences, saved product selections, and browsing history used to personalize product suggestions.
- Address Information: recipient name, phone number, street address, city, state, postal code, and default shipping selection.
- Order Information: cart items, selected product condition, order amount, order status, address snapshot, and order timeline records.
- Wallet Records: wallet balance, payment records, refund return records, and recharge request records shown inside the app.
- Support Information: support conversation topics and messages sent through the in-app support interface.
VisionPorts does not request photo library access, camera access, microphone access, contact list access, precise location access, health data, or advertising identifiers as part of the privacy policy scope described on this page.
3. How We Use Information
VisionPorts uses information only for app operation and user-requested features, including:
- Creating and maintaining user accounts.
- Displaying saved products, wallet information, shipping addresses, and order history.
- Supporting checkout, payment status presentation, and refund record display.
- Showing account-linked support messages and service context.
- Providing browsing continuity, recommendations, and product comparison support inside the app.
- Supporting account deletion and sign-out flows initiated by the user.
4. Data Sharing
VisionPorts does not sell personal information. VisionPorts does not use the data described on this page for third-party advertising.
Information is used to provide the in-app account, order, wishlist, address, wallet, and support features described in this policy. If payment, refund, or support-related operations require limited operational processing, only the information necessary for that feature should be used.
This policy is intentionally limited to standard storefront account and order functionality and does not describe any unrelated data practices.
5. Retention and Security
VisionPorts keeps account-linked data for as long as it is needed to support the user’s account, order visibility, wishlist, address management, wallet history, and support records inside the app experience, unless the user deletes the account earlier.
When a user deletes an account from within the app, the app removes account-linked information from the app session, including saved addresses, wishlist items, cart data, wallet history, support conversations, and order history associated with that account.
VisionPorts takes reasonable steps to limit access to account-related information and to display only the information needed for the user-facing features described in this policy.
6. User Choices
Users can manage their information directly inside the app by:
- Editing or removing saved shipping addresses.
- Adding or removing wishlist items.
- Reviewing wallet records and order history.
- Signing out from the current device.
- Deleting the account from the Profile section.
Logging out ends the current session on the device, but it does not delete the account.
7. Account Deletion
VisionPorts includes an in-app account deletion flow. A signed-in user can open Profile > Delete Account, confirm the account password, and submit immediate account deletion.
After confirmed deletion, the following app-linked information is removed from the account session:
- Account sign-in access on the current device.
- Saved addresses.
- Wishlist items.
- Cart contents.
- Wallet records shown for that account.
- Support conversation history for that account.
- Order history retained within the app account experience.
Account deletion is intended to be permanent for the app account session and is separate from ordinary sign-out. Users should review the deletion page carefully before confirming.
